摘要
师资队伍建设在教育中起着至关重要的作用,牵动着社会、高校、专业和学生的发展。目前,小学教育专业师资队伍建设存在研究数量较少、研究内容单一、研究建议实施效果不佳等问题。对此,可通过增加小学教育专业师资队伍建设研究的数量、拓宽小学教育专业师资队伍建设研究的层面、保障小学教育专业师资队伍建设的实效性等方式来加以改善,建设一支合格的小学教育专业师资队伍,致力于学生、专业和社会的长远发展。
The construction of teaching staff plays a vital role in education,affecting the development of society,colleges,specialty and students.At present,there are some problems in the construction of teachers in primary education specialty,such as less research quantity,single research content and poor implementation effect of research suggestions.These problems can be improved by increasing the number of primary school professional teaching staff construction research,broadening the level of primary school education professional teachers construction research and ensuring the effectiveness of the construction of primary education teachers,so as to build a qualified primary education professional teachers,committed to the long-term development of students,specialty and society.
