乡村振兴背景下湖北省农业农村现代化发展水平评价及障碍因素分析 被引量:3

Evaluation and obstacle analysis of agricultural and rural modernization development level in Hubei province under the background of rural revitalization

摘要 基于经济、社会和生态3个中观维度选取15项具体指标建立评分体系,同时利用熵权-TOPSIS法和障碍因素诊断法对湖北省农业农村现代化发展水平进行定量研究。研究表明,湖北省农业农村现代化发展水平整体呈上升趋势,经济、社会和生态3个维度也逐年上升,部分具体指标出现波动或者下降态势;湖北省农业农村现代化发展障碍因素主要为劳动生产率、农业机械化水平、农村居民家庭人均经营性收入、农民文娱消费水平、每万人教师数、医疗机构床位数和单位施肥用药量。因此,在加强科技创新投入、促进产业融合、加强公共基础设施建设和保护生态环境等方面提出对策建议。 Based on the three meso dimensions of economy,society and ecology,15 specific indicators were selected to establish a scoring system.Meanwhile,the entropy weight-TOPSIS method and obstacle factor diagnosis method were used to quantitatively study the level of agricultural and rural modernization development in Hubei province.The research shows that the level of agricultural and rural modernization in Hubei province is on the rise as a whole,the economic,social and ecological dimensions are also on the rise year by year,and some specific indicators fluctuate or decline.The main obstacles to the development of agricultural and rural modernization in Hubei province are labor productivity,agricultural mechanization level,per capita operating income of rural households,recreational consumption level of farmers,number of teachers per 10000 people,number of beds in medical institutions and dosage per unit fertilization.Therefore,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in terms of strengthening investment in scientific and technological innovation,promoting industrial integration,strengthening public infrastructure construction and protecting ecological environment.
