摘要
工业区在新中国的发展史上留下了不可磨灭的印记,也为城市的发展打下了牢固基础。然而,因为城市建设的快速推进,老旧工业区失去了其价值,逐渐被时代遗弃。为了适应时代的进步和顺应可持发展的原则,老旧工业区的更新改造被提上日程。文章以上海西岸(徐汇滨江地区)为例,对上海近现代最主要的工业生产加工基地开展城市更新改造,分析了上海老工业区发展和衰落的历史,工业区现状,提出区域整体开发,滨江景观营造,整合交通网络,重置功能分区、建筑新旧结合等改造手法,现了老工业区的历史文化价值,实现上海西岸可持续发展的华丽转身。
Industrial zones have left an indelible mark in the development history of new China and laid a solid foundation for the development of cities.However,it is precisely because of the rapid development of urban construction that the old industrial areas lose their value and are gradually abandoned by the times.In order to adapt to the progress of the times and the principle of sustainable development,the renovation and transformation of the old industrial zone has been put on the agenda.This paper takes the west bank of Shanghai(Xuhui Binjiang area)as an example to carry out urban renewal and transformation of the most important industrial production and processing base in modern Shanghai.It analyzes the history of the development and decline of the old industrial zone in Shanghai and the present situation of the industrial zone,and puts forward some reconstruction methods,such as regional integrated development,riverside landscape construction,integrated transportation network,resetting function zoning,and combination of old and new buildings,which not only reflect the historical and cultural value of the old industrial zone,but also realize the magnificent turn of the sustainable development of the west bank of Shanghai.
