基于稳静化理念的滨江片区道路交通方案设计 被引量:1

摘要 区域整体开发是城市建设和城市更新的崭新模式。道路交通作为区域重要基础设施配套,在满足车行基本功能需求的同时,还需结合城市片区功能定位建立起人、车、环境相适应和融合的高品质公共活动空间。以三林滨江南片区三林湾小镇片区道路交通项目方案设计为例,从功能导向出发,构建安宁宜人的稳静化交通出行环境,实现慢行优先、静谧舒适、快慢分离的交通目标。依据设计理念对不同功能道路系统进行了设计研究比选,内容可供高品质城镇区域整体开发基础设施建设工程参考。 Regional overall development is a new model of urban construction and urban renewal.Road traffic,as an important regional infrastructure support,should not only meet the basic functional needs of vehicles,but also combine the functional positioning of urban areas to establish a high-quality public activity space for people,vehicles and the environment to adapt and integrate.Taking the scheme design of Sanlinwan Town Road Traffic Project in Sanlin Riverside South Area as an example,starting from the function orientation,a peaceful and pleasant calming traffic travel environment is built,and the traffic goal of slow traffic first,quiet and comfortable environment,and fast and slow traffic separation is realized.According to the design concept,the different functional road systems are compared and selected.The contents can be used as a reference for the overall development of infrastructure construction projects in high quality urban areas.
