摘要
党建引领体现的是党在同级各种组织中发挥领导核心作用,推动全面从严治党落地生根。对于医院人力资源管理而言,党建也发挥着至关重要的引领作用。具体包括坚持正确选人用人导向,有机融合党建与人才培养,创新干部人才教育机制,搭建服务人才成长平台,营造良好选人用人环境和发挥党建在突发事件中的核心作用等做法。管人才是人才工作的根本原则,也是中国特色人才制度优势的集中体现。后疫情时代,公立医院党的建设面临新机遇和新挑战,如何坚持正确的政治方向,加强党对人才工作的统一领导,把党管人才原则贯穿于医院改革发展的全过程显得尤为重要。
The leadership of party building reflects the role of the party as the core of leadership in various organizations at the same level, and promotes the implementation of a comprehensive and strict governance of the party. For hospital human resource management, party building also plays a vital leading role. Specifically, it includes adherence to the correct selection and employment orientation, organic integration of party building and talent training, innovating the cadre talent education mechanism, building a service talent growth platform, creating a good selection and employment environment, and giving play to the core role of party building in emergencies. Party management talent is the fundamental principle of talent work, and it is also a concentrated expression of the advantages of the talent system with Chinese characteristics. In the post-epidemic era, the party building of public hospitals is facing new opportunities and new challenges, how to adhere to the correct political direction, strengthen the party’s unified leadership of talent work, and implement the principle of party management talents throughout the entire process of hospital reform and development is particularly important.
