摘要
机械制作行业运行管理过程中,以人工方式进行数控技术操作,难免会出现错误操作或操作失误的现象,一旦出现这样的问题便会造成严重的经济损失,而应用智能机器人数控技术,可以有效避免在数控操作中出现问题,可以有效提高数控操作的精准性与规范性,打破人工操作的束缚与限制。因此,有必要探究如何在机械制造中应用机器人数控技术。
In the process of operation and management of mechanical manufacturing industry,it is difficult to buy CNC technology operation manually,and there will be wrong operation or misoperation.Once such a problem occurs,it will cause serious economic losses.The application of intelligent robot CNC technology can effectively avoid problems in CNC operation,it can effectively improve the accuracy and standardization of NC operation and break the constraints and restrictions of manual operation.Therefore,it is necessary to explore how to apply robot numerical control technology in mechanical manufacturing.
