摘要
在信息技术时代,智能机器人数控技术的发展及应用,推动了现代机械制造业的发展,是信息化、现代化发展的有力支撑。在“智能+”的发展进程中,机械制造业与智能数控技术的结合,符合新时期机械制造业的发展需求。文章分析了智能机器人数控技术的特点及技术工作流程,并在此基础之上,从零部件加工、轨迹规划、离线编程等方面,阐述了智能机器人数控技术在机械制造中的具体应用。
In the era of information technology, the development and application of intelligent robot numerical control technology, which promotes the development of modern machinery manufacturing industry, is a powerful support for the development of information technology and modernization. In the development process of "intelligent +", the combination of mechanical manufacturing industry and intelligent numerical control technology meets the development needs of mechanical manufacturing industry in the new era. In this paper, the characteristics and technical workflow of intelligent robot numerical control technology are analyzed. On this basis, the specific application of intelligent robot numerical control technology in mechanical manufacturing is expounded from parts processing, trajectory planning, off-line programming and so on.
