摘要
回纹型风湿症亦名复发性风湿症,其病因及发病机制不明,阎小萍教授考虑该病颇似《黄帝内经》所云之“周痹”,当从“周痹”论治。阎教授认为该病病机以肝肾亏虚为本,风挟诸邪侵袭为标,且寒湿之邪易从阳化热,并在病程中常伴有瘀血阻滞,经络不通;在治疗上探求内因,补肾养肝以治本,兼顾祛风利节,尤为注重清利湿热,且将活血化瘀通络之法贯穿始终,并体现出“治未病”的学术思想。祛邪不忘扶正,扶正不忘清除余邪。随文附验案1则,充分体现了阎教授审症求因、辨证施治的学术思想,供学习借鉴。
Palindromic rheumatism is also known as recurrent rheumatism.Its etiology and pathogenesis are unknown.Professor YAN Xiaoping considers that this disease is quite similar to the“zhoubi”in the Huang Di Nei Jing and should be treated from“zhoubi”.Professor YAN believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is based on the deficiency of liver and kidney,and the invasion of various evils by wind is the target,and the evils of cold and damp are easy to transform from yang to heat,and are often accompanied by blood stasis block during the course of the disease,and the channels and collaterals are blocked;the above explores the internal cause,nourishes the kidney and liver to cure the root cause,and takes into account the elimination of wind and joints,especially focusing on clearing damp and heat,and the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and dredging collaterals throughout,and reflects the academic thought of“preventing disease”of Professor YAN.Don’t forget to fight the evil spirits,and don’t forget to eliminate the remaining evils.A case study is attached to the article,which fully embodies Professor YAN’s academic thoughts of seeking causes and treating symptoms based on syndrome differentiation,which is worth learning.
