摘要
目的探究复方牙痛酊联合牙周基础治疗对牙周炎患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年3月在井冈山大学附属医院口腔科接受治疗的100例牙周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组进行牙周基础治疗,试验组在此基础上联合使用复方牙痛酊治疗,对两组临床疗效、牙龈指标、炎性因子水平及并发症进行比较。结果治疗后,试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组牙龈指标、炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方牙痛酊联合牙周基础治疗可改善牙周炎患者症状,降低炎性因子水平,能获得较好的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Fufang Yatong Ding combined with initial periodontal therapy on periodontitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with periodontitis treated in the department of stomatology of the Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=50) and experimental group(n=50) by random number table method. The control group received initial periodontal therapy alone, while the experimental group was treated with Fufang Yatong Ding combined with initial periodontal therapy. The clinical efficacy, gingival index, levels of inflammatory factors and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The gingival index, levels of inflammatory factors in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fufang Yatong Ding combined with initial periodontal therapy can improve the symptoms of periodontitis, reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, and obtain better therapeutic effect.
