摘要
随着社会进步、经济发展以及人们生活水平的提升,人们开始学会享受生活。在这样的环境下,餐饮业也得到了迅速发展,并呈现出规范化发展趋势。然而,在餐饮业发展的过程中,食品安全问题越来越严峻,严重干扰了餐饮业的发展,甚至是威胁了人们的身体健康、生命安全。本文结合实际案例,即学校食堂,深入分析了HACCP体系在餐饮企业食品安全管理中的应用,以供参阅。
With social progress,economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards,people begin to learn to enjoy life.In such an environment,the catering industry has also developed rapidly and is showing a trend of standardized development.However,in the process of the development of the catering industry,food safety issues have become more and more severe,seriously disrupting the development of the catering industry,and even threatening people’s health and life safety.This article combines actual cases,namely the school canteen,to deeply analyze the application of the HACCP system in the food safety management of catering companies for reference.
