摘要
针对传统体育用的环氧树脂碳纤维材料脆性大和耐冲击性能差的问题,用纳米二氧化硅对环氧树脂碳纤维材料进行改性,并探讨改性后的材料性能变化。结果表明:当纳米SiO;掺量为1%时,复合材料的横向拉伸性能最佳,此时横向拉伸强度为41.7MPa,拉伸模量为79.9GPa,分别比纯环氧树脂碳纤维复合材料提高124%和98%;改性后复合材料的最大冲击力可达2216N,比纯环氧树脂碳纤维复合材料最大冲击力提高23%左右。研究表明,通过改性可提高体育用碳纤维复合材料的性能。
Aiming at the problems of brittleness and poor impact resistance of traditional sports epoxy carbon fiber materials,nano silica was used to modify the epoxy carbon fiber materials,and the performance changes of the modified materials were discussed.The results show that when the content of nano-Si02 is 1%,the transverse tensile strength of the composite is 41.7 MPa,and the tensile modulus is 79.9 GPa,which is 124%and 98%higher than that of pure epoxy carbon fiber composite respectively;The maximum impact force of the modified composite can reach 2216 N,which is about 23%higher than that of pure epoxy carbon fiber composite.Therefore,the properties of carbon fiber composites for sports can be improved by modification.
