摘要
通过对断口化学成分分析、力学硬度检验、金相检验及断齿原因进行综合分析。结果表明,轧机辐板辊轴花键断齿原因系组织出现网状碳化物,材料脆性大,导致齿根双侧产生裂纹。花键未按图纸要求渗氮,齿面及齿根接触疲劳强度不足导致接触疲劳裂纹产生,对断齿开裂起促进作用。
The cause of tooth fracture was comprehensively analyzed by the chemical composition analysis,the mechanical hardness test,the metallographic test and the fracture analysis.The results show the tooth breaking of the spline gear is meshy carbide existing in the microstructure and the materials are of high brittleness,both of them lead to the cracks on two sides of the tooth root.The spline is not nitridated according to the requirements of the drawing,and the contact fatigue strength of tooth surface and tooth root is insufficient,which leads to the contact fatigue crack,which promotes the generation of tooth breaking of gear.
