摘要
目的:研究葡萄糖酸锌口服液联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗迁延性腹泻(PD)婴幼儿患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院106例PD婴幼儿患者(2018年10月~2020年12月),根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(53例)和观察组(53例)。2组均给予常规治疗,对照组采用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗,观察组采用葡萄糖酸锌口服液联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效、症状及体征消失时间(发热、腹泻、水样或黏液稀便)、血清免疫球蛋白水平[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]、血清炎性因子水平[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、不良反应。结果:2组治疗后总有效率比较,观察组94.34%高于对照组79.25%(P<0.05);观察组发热、腹泻、水样或黏液稀便消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:葡萄糖酸锌口服液联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗PD患儿临床疗效确切,可有效减轻患儿局部炎症反应,增强其免疫功能,促进其临床症状改善,且药物不良反应较小。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of zinc gluconate oral liquid combined with bacillus subtilis dual viable granules in the treatment of infant patients with persistent diarrhea(PD).Methods:a total of 106 infant patients with PD in our hospital(From October 2018 to December 2020)were selected and divided into control group(53 cases)and observation group(53 cases)according to different treatment regimens.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was treated with bacillus subtilis dual viable particles,and the observation group was treated with zinc gluconate oral liquid combined with Bacillus subtilis dual viable particles.Compare two groups of clinical curative effect,the symptoms and signs disappeared time(fever,diarrhea,watery or mucous stools),serum immunoglobulin levels[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)],[serum levels of inflammatory cytokines interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 8(IL-8),tumor TNF-α],adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 94.34%higher than 79.25%of control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,diarrhea,watery or watery stool in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IgA,IgG and IgM levels in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zinc gluconate oral liquid combined with bacillus subtilis live particles has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with PD,which can effectively reduce local inflammatory reaction,enhance immune function,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,and reduce adverse drug reactions.
