摘要当前,衡水市正处于大力提倡“文化衡水”建设阶段,当代小学生成为“文化衡水”建设背景下培养的一批文化人才储备军。小学生素质教育成为教育环节中的重要一环。艺术教育中素质教育舞蹈的开展重点是在强化学生的五项能力的同时,兼顾受教育者的道德修养与人文素养、综合素质的培养。衡水市大力提倡的“文化衡水”的开展是长久大计。在“文化衡水”的逐步开展之下,小学生得到艺术的熏陶,素质教育的培养,对提升衡水市文化软实力层面具有“储备军”的意义。 At present,Hengshui City is in the stage of vigorously promoting the construction of"cultural Hengshui",and contemporary primary school students have become a group of cultural talent reserve army under the background of"cultural Hengshui"construction.Quality education for primary school students has become an important part of education.The focus of quality education dance in art education is to strengthen students'five abilities while taking into account the cultivation of students'moral cultivation,humanistic quality and comprehensive quality.The development of"cultural Hengshui"strongly advocated by Hengshui City is a long-term plan Under the gradual development of"cultural Hengshui",primary school students are influenced by art.The cultivation of quality education has the significance of"reserve army"to enhance the mask of cultural soft power in Hengshui City.
