摘要
泉州市高职教育在落实扩招政策中,出现资源配置不合理等问题,影响了扩招效果。根据高职资源构成要素和影响因素,从“人力资源、财力资源、物力资源”等方面,通过健全管理机制、加强资源效率考评,强化师资整合、改善人力资源供给,扩宽融资渠道、缩小财力资源缺口,完善硬件设施、补齐物力资源短板等途径,优化高职教育资源配置。
In implementing the national policy of enrollment expansion for vocational colleges,the insufficient education resource in Quanzhou has made the effect of enrollment increase undesirable.Starting from vocational education resources and influential factors,based on some key issues such as"human resources,financial resources and material resources",this paper suggests that we should optimize the education resources in vocational college of Quanzhou through optimizing management mechanisms,utilizing resources efficiently,integrating teaching staff,improving human resources supply,broadening fund-raising channels,increasing financial support,improving infrastructures as well as material resources.
