普外科护士分层管理中目标管理的实施效果 被引量:6

The Effect of Goal Management in the Hierarchical Management of Nurses in General Surgery

摘要 目的分析在普外科护士分层管理中应用目标管理的具体实施效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月普外科护士48名作为研究对象,采用数字随机法将其分成常规组(n=24,采取常规护士分层管理)和研究组(n=24,在护士分层管理中应用目标管理),比较两组护士对管理模式的满意度及两组护士的临床思维、操作技能、理论知识以及病房管理能力评分,另外再分别选择其护理过的200例患者进行问卷调查,比较两组患者对护士护理工作的满意度。结果①研究组护士对管理模式的满意度达95.83%,明显高于常规组护士75.00%的满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②研究组护士临床护理思维、操作技能、理论知识和病房管理能力评分结果均显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③研究组护士所护理的200例患者对其护理满意度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护士分层管理中应用目标管理,可以显著提升护士的各项护理能力,且护士对此管理模式的满意度更高,在临床护理工作中患者对应用此法管理的护士的满意度也更高。 Objective To analyze the specific implementation effects of target management in the hierarchical management of nurses in general surgery.Methods From January 2018 to January 201948 general surgery nurses were included as the research objects,according to the number random method,they were divided into a routine group(n=24,using conventional hierarchical nurse management)and a study group(n=24,applying goal management in the hierarchical management of nurses),compared the satisfaction of the two groups of nurses with the management mode and the scores of the two groups of nurses'clinical thinking,operational skills,theoretical knowledge and ward management ability,and then selected 200 patients they had nursed separately to conduct a questionnaire survey,compared the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the nursing work of nurses.Results 1.The satisfaction rate of the nurses in the study group to the management model reached 95.83%,which was significantly higher than the 75.00%satisfaction rate of the nurses in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The scores of clinical nursing thinking,operational skills,theoretical knowledge and ward management ability of nurses in the study group were significantly higher than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The 200 patients nursed by nurses in the study group had a higher degree of satisfaction with their nursing care than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion The application of goal management in the hierarchical management of general surgery nurses can significantly improve nurses'various nursing abilities,and nurses are more satisfied with this management model.In clinical nursing work,patients are also more satisfied with the nurses managed by this method.
