内科护理管理中应用护士分层进阶管理的有效性分析

摘要 目的分析内科护理管理中应用护士分层进阶管理的有效性。方法选取2023年1—12月滕州市龙阳镇卫生院的20名内科护士为研究对象,2023年1—6月为对照组,采取常规管理;2023年7—12月为观察组,采取分层进阶管理。对比两组的护理质量、护士工作倦怠感、管理满意度。结果观察组的护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的护士工作倦怠感评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组内在满意度评分为(4.11±0.13)分、外在满意度评分为(4.04±0.23)分、一般满意度评分为(4.15±0.21),高于对照组的(3.78±0.12)分、(3.66±0.37)分、(3.71±0.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.342、3.901、5.888,P均<0.05)。结论内科护理管理中采取分层进阶管理模式可提升管理质量,同时减轻护士职业倦怠感,提高护士满意度。 Objective To analyze the effectiveness of nurses'hierarchical advanced management in internal medicine nursing management.Methods Twenty internal medicine nurses from Longyang Town Health Center in Tengzhou City from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and the control group from January to June 2023 were selected as the control group.From July to December 2023,the observation group will adopt hierarchical and advanced management.The nursing quality,nurses'job burnout and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of nurses'job burnout in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The internal satisfaction score of the observation group was 4.11±0.13,the external satisfaction score was 4.04±0.23 and the general satisfaction score was 4.15±0.21,which were higher than 3.78±0.12,3.66±0.37 and 3.71±0.26 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.342,3.901,5.888,all P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting hierarchical management mode in internal medicine nursing management can improve the quality of management,reduce nurses'burnout and improve nurses'satisfaction.
