风化钨矿选矿废水回用对钨浮选影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 钨矿性脆且容易泥化,细泥易残留在选矿废水中,导致废水中固体悬浮物(SS)含量高,SS直接排放会对环境造成严重威胁,而回用则会影响选矿指标。研究风化钨矿选矿废水回用对钨矿浮选的影响及机理,为选矿废水适度处理及回用提供理论依据。模拟SS对钨浮选指标的影响试验表明,SS含量对钨粗选指标影响大,需进一步降低。SS影响钨矿浮选机理表明,SS形貌呈松散的不规则片状且表面不光滑,表面吸附了浮选药剂油酸钠和硅酸钠;SS在广泛的pH范围表面带负电,与带负电的浮选药剂产生竞争吸附。采用"2 g/L氯化钙+0.5 g/L聚合硫酸铁"处理废水,SS含量由25160 mg/L降低至16 mg/L,去除率达99.94%,Si含量由216.9 mg/L降低至33.26 mg/L,Si去除率为84.67%,颗粒化学需氧量由312.49 mg/L降低至6.86 mg/L,去除率达97.80%。结合溶液化学分析"氯化钙+聚合硫酸铁"去除SS机理,发现其通过电性中和、压缩双电层降低胶体电势,进而促进细颗粒迅速凝聚、沉淀。处理后废水回用至原浮选流程,处理后废水与清水指标相近。 Tungsten minerals are brittle and easy to silt,and the fine mud is easy to remain in the beneficiation wastewater,resulting in a high content of suspended solids(SS)in the wastewater.The direct discharge of SS poses a serious threat to the environment,and reuse will affect the beneficiation index.The influence and mechanism of the recycling of weathered tungsten ore beneficiation wastewater on the flotation of tungsten ore were studied,and theoretical basis for the appropriate treatment and reuse of the beneficiation wastewater has been provi.The simulated wastewater test shows that the content of SS has great influence on the tungsten rougher flotation index,which needs to be further reduced.The effect of SS on the flotation mechanism of tungsten ore shows that the SS has a loose irregular flake shape and a nonsmooth surface«The surface has adsorbed the flotation reagents sodium oleate and sodium silicate.SS is negatively charged on the surface over a wide pH range and produces competitive adsorption with negatively charged flotation agents.Using“2 g/L calcium chloride+0.5 g/L polymeric ferric sulfate”to treat wastewater,the SS content was reduced from 25160 mg/L to 16 mg/L,the removal rate reached 99.94%,and the Si content was reduced from 216.9 mg/L to 33.26 mg/L,Si removal rate is 84.67%,particle chemical oxygen demand is reduced from 312.49 mg/L to 6.86 mg/L,and the removal rate reaches 97.80%.Combined with the chemical analysis of the solution,the mechanism of “calcium chloride+polymeric ferric sulfate”to remove SS was found to reduce the colloidal potential by electrically neutralizing and compressing the electric double layer,thereby promoting the rapid aggregation and precipitation of fine particles.The treated wastewater is reused in the original flotation process,and the treated wastewater is similar to clean water.
