摘要
研究了白钨选矿废水回用对白钨选矿指标的影响,并提出一整套白钨选矿废水处理工艺流程,回水率达90%以上,实现了废水的零排放。总的白钨精矿回收率提高到76%,每年多产WO_3(65%)精矿140 t,增加年产值近1120万元。同时,每年还可减少使用浮选药剂238.8万元。
This paper studys the influence of scheelite mineral dressing wastewater reuse on the index of scheelite mineral dressing, puts forward an effective way to deal with the scheelite mineral dressing wastewater. Backwater rate reaches above 90%, and the zero discharge of wastewater is realized. The scheelite concentrate recovery increases to 76% , and annual WO3 concentrate (65%) is increased by 140 tons, annual output value is nearly 11.2 million yuan. At the same time, it also can reduce the use of reagents 2.388 millionyuan one year.
