摘要
目的 分析康复干预服务模式对脑梗死恢复期患者恢复效果、睡眠质量及满意率的影响评价。方法 80例脑梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组对患者开展常规护理模式,观察组对患者开展康复干预服务模式。比较两组患者恢复效果,护理前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分,护理满意情况。结果 观察组患者的总有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的PSQI评分(7.65±2.13)分明显低于对照组的(13.45±2.26)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死恢复期患者开展康复干预服务模式,不仅能够改善患者的睡眠质量,还能在一定程度上提高患者的恢复效果及护理满意率,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation intervention service mode on recovery effect,sleep quality and satisfaction rate of patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent period.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent period were taken as the research subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional nursing mode,and the observation group carried out rehabilitation intervention service mode.Both groups were compared in terms of recovery effects,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the PSQI score(7.65±2.13)points of the observation group was significantly lower than(13.45±2.26)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation intervention service mode for patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent period can not only improve the sleep quality of patients,but also improve the recovery effect and nursing satisfaction rate of patients to a certain extent,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
