摘要
目的探讨百乐眠胶囊辅助阿司匹林与氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死后睡眠障碍的临床价值。方法将2016年6月—2018年9月收治的98例脑梗死后睡眠障碍患者以随机数字表法分为对照组49例,观察组49例,对照组给予阿司匹林与氯吡格雷治疗,并实施睡眠卫生教育及睡眠行为干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用百乐眠胶囊,观察两组治疗效果及治疗前、治疗14 d后睡眠质量、负性情绪、神经功能变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.88%(46/49),与对照组77.55%(38/49)对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组睡眠质量、负性情绪及神经功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗14 d后,观察组阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、简式睡眠信念和态度量表(DBAS-16)评分与同期对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分与同期对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、斯堪的纳维亚卒中量表(SSS)评分与同期对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百乐眠胶囊辅助阿司匹林与氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死后睡眠障碍,可显著改善睡眠质量,减少负性情绪,促进病情恢复,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Bailemian Capsule assisting aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of sleep disorders after cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-eight patients with sleep disorders after cerebral infarction admitted from Jun 2016 to Sep 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=49)and the observation group(n=49).The control group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel,and sleep hygiene education and sleep behavior intervention were performed.The observation group was given Bailemian Capsule on the basis of the control group.We observed the therapeutic effects,the quality of sleep,negative emotion and neurological changes of two groups before and 14 days after treatment.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate was 93.88%(46/49)and was significantly higher compared with that of the control group 77.55%(38/49)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sleep quality,negative emotion or neurological function between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the Athens Insomnia scale(AIS),the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),the dysfunctional beliefs and attitudes about sleep-16(DBAS-16)scores in the observation group were statistically significant compared with those of the control group at same time(P<0.05).The self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores were statistically significant compared with those of the control group at same time(P<0.05).The national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)and the Scandinavian stroke scale(SSS)score were statistically significant compared with those of the control group at same time(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailemian Capsule assisting aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of sleep disorders after cerebral infarction,can significantly improve the patients’sleep quality,reduce negative emotions,and promote the recovery of the disease.It is worthy of promoting.
