摘要
加快我国“新工科”的建设已成为社会各界的共识,教育部提出进行“新工科”建设,而传统的青年教师队伍很难完全符合新工科的建设要求。要培养一支适应新工科要求的青年教师队伍以此提高工程人才培养质量,因此在新工科背景下,分析了当前高校青年教师队伍建设中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出提高青年教师工程实践能力的措施,为探索与新工科相匹配的青年教师队伍建设提供参考。
Speeding up the construction of"new engineering"in China has become the consensus of all walks of life.The Ministry of education proposes to carry out the construction of"new engineering",but the traditional young teachers are difficult to fully meet the requirements of the construction of new engineering.It is necessary to cultivate a team of young teachers to meet the requirements of new engineering,so as to improve the quality of engineering personnel training.Therefore,under the background of new engineering,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current construction of young teachers in Colleges and universities,and puts forward some measures to improve young teachers1 engineering practice ability,so as to provide reference for exploring the construction of young teachers matching new engineering.
