摘要
目的研究外治方法治疗小儿寰枢关节半脱位的临床效果。方法将2019年2月至2021年6月到我院经颈领固定+镇痛药物治疗的28例小儿寰枢关节半脱位患儿设为对照组,另选同期到我院经外治治疗方法(针刺+推拿+牵引)治疗的31例小儿寰枢关节半脱位患儿设为观察组,对两组患者的资料情况进行统计并做比较。结果观察组的临床疗效明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的NPQ评分改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿在生活质量方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后7、14 d,观察组患儿的生活质量均明显比对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿眩晕评分、血流速度峰值、平均血流速度、血管搏动指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组眩晕评分、血流速度峰值、平均血流速度、血管搏动指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过外治治疗方法对小儿寰枢关节半脱位进行治疗所取得的效果明显更好,利于提升整体临床疗效,改善患儿的颈痛指标,提高患儿的生活质量,改善患儿的眩晕症状和血流动力学水平。
Objective To study the clinical effect of external therapy on children with atlantoaxial subluxation.Methods From February 2019 to June 2021,28 children with pediatric atlantoaxial subluxation treated by neck-collar fixation+analgesics in our hospital were set as the control group,and another treatment method of external treatment in our hospital during the same period was selected,31 children with atlantoaxial joint subluxation treated by acupuncture+massage+traction were set as the observation group,and the data of the two groups of patients were counted and compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of NPQ score was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05),7 days and 14 days after treatment,the quality of life of children in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the patients in the two groups had dizziness score,peak blood flow velocity,average blood flow velocity,there was no difference in vascular pulsation index(P>0.05).After treatment,the vertigo score,peak blood flow velocity,average blood flow velocity,and vascular pulsation index were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of atlantoaxial joint subluxation in children with external treatment can achieve significantly better results.It can improve the overall clinical efficacy and improve the patients'neck pain indicators,improve the quality of life of the children,and improve the symptoms of vertigo hemodynamic level,etc.
