摘要
目的:评价膀胱刺激和腰椎椎旁按摩对婴儿采集中段尿的效果。方法:2019年8-12月,纳入187例在台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)路桥医院急诊科就诊的年龄<90日龄,医生要求进行尿液分析的患儿。患儿按随机数字表分为研究组(n=94)和对照组(n=93)。研究组采用膀胱刺激联合腰椎椎旁按摩法采集婴儿中段尿,对照组不进行按摩刺激腰椎旁区域和膀胱刺激操作,其余操作与研究组一致。考察采集中段尿液的成功率和尿液采集时间的组间差异。结果:研究组87.2%(82/94)的患儿成功采集中段尿,对照组21.5%(20/93)的患儿成功采集中段尿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中位尿液采集时间为58秒,对照组中位尿液采集时间为96秒,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱刺激和腰椎椎旁按摩是一种安全、有效、快捷的采集婴儿中段尿的方法,具有一定的临床推广价值。
[Objective]To evaluate the effect of bladder stimulation and lumbar paraspinal massage on collecting midstream urine in infants.[Method]From August 2019 to December 2019,187 infants within 90 days of birth who were required to perform urine analysis in the emergency department were included.The children were divided into study group(n=94)and control group(n=93)according to a random number table.In the study group,bladder stimulation combined with lumbar paraspinal massage was used to collect midstream urine of infants.In the control group,no massage to stimulate the paraspinal lumbar region and bladder stimulation was performed.The other operations were consistent with the study group.The difference of the success rate of urine collection and the massage time between the groups was investigated.[Result]The middle urine collection was successful in 87.2%(82/94)of the study group and 21.5%(20/93)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The median urine collection time was 58 seconds in the study group and 96 seconds in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Anterior bladder and lumbar paravertebral massage is a safe,effective and fast non-invasive method to collect urine from infants and young children,which has certain clinical value.
