摘要
基于学习产出的OBE教育理念,始终强调学生的中心地位及学习成果,对学校劳动教育实施具有重要指导意义。当前中小学劳动教育还存在着培养目标缺乏精准定位、劳动教育课程流于形式、劳动教育缺乏实践性、专业教师力量比较薄弱、学校劳动教育评价相对笼统等突出问题。为了保障劳动教育的实施,以OBE教育理念为指导,学校需要保证劳动教育课时,完善专业课程设置,以成果产出为导向,设计和优化教学内容,转变劳动教育方式,采用灵活的教学方式,加强师资建设,保障劳动教育效果,依据核心素养的多维评价,改革学校劳动教育评价方式。
OBE education concept based on learning output always emphasizes the central position of students and learning outcomes,which has important guiding significance for the implementation of school labor education.At present,there are still some outstanding problems in labor education in primary and secondary schools,such as the lack of accurate positioning of training objectives,the formality of labor education curriculum,the lack of practicality of labor education,the weakness of professional teachers,and the relatively general evaluation of school labor education.In order to guarantee the implementation of labor education,guided by OBE education concept,the school needs to ensure the labor education class hours and improve the professional curriculum;design and optimize the teaching content guided by the output of achievements;change the labor education mode and adopt flexible teaching methods;strengthen the construction of teachers capital and guarantee the effect of labor education;reform the school labor according to the multidimensional evaluation of core literacy The evaluation method of education.
