摘要
该文通过对花样跳绳运动的特点及形式内容进行分析,从花样跳绳运动的历史与传承、健康价值、娱乐价值、文化教育价值、竞技表演价值、情感价值及创新价值方面进行探究,从而明确花样跳绳运动的重要价值。这些价值能够体现花样跳绳运动的重要理论意义,对花样跳绳运动的发展具有非常重要的现实意义。
By analyzing the characteristics, forms and contents of fancy rope skipping, this paper probes into the history and inheritance, health value, entertainment value, cultural and educational value, competitive performance value, emotional value and innovation value of fancy rope skipping, so as to clarify the important value of fancy rope skipping.These values can reflect the important theoretical significance of pattern rope skipping and have very important practical significance for the development of pattern rope skipping.
