基于微信平台的团队培训对产科新入职护士能力及护理质量的影响研究 被引量:6

Research on Effect of Team Training Based on WeChat Platform on Ability and Nursing Quality of Newly Recruited Obstetric Nurses

摘要 目的分析基于微信平台的学习型团队培训对产科新入职护士核心能力、岗位胜任能力及护理质量的影响,为新入职护士的培训提供参考。方法选取2017年7月至2020年12月我院产科新入职护士64人作为研究对象,其中2017年7月至2019年3月入职的护士为对照组,2019年4月至2020年12月入职的护士为研究组,每组各32例。对照组采用常规培训,观察组采用基于微信平台的学习型团队培训。比较两组护士产科理论知识及操作技能掌握情况、核心能力、岗位胜任能力、护理质量、护理培训模式满意度。结果培训后,两组核心能力、岗位胜任能力各方面评分及总分、理论知识及操作技能考试成绩均高于培训前(p<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(p<0.05);观察组护理投诉、护理差错、医疗纠纷发生率均低于对照组(p<0.05),对护理培训模式的满意度高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的学习型团队培训有利于产科新入职护士对理论知识及操作技能的掌握,可有效提高其核心能力、岗位胜任能力、护理质量及培训满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of learning team training based on WeChat platform on the core competence,job competence and nursing quality of newly recruited obstetric nurses,so as to provide reference for the training of newly recruited nurses.Methods A total of 64 newly recruited nurses in the obstetrics department of our hospital from July 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.Among them,the nurses who were recruited from July 2017 to March 2019 were the control group,and who were recruited from April 2019 to December 2020 were the research group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was conducted regular training,and the research group was conducted learning team training based on the WeChat platform.The two groups of nurses'mastery of obstetric theoretical knowledge and operational skills,core competence,job competence,nursing quality,and satisfaction with nursing training mode were compared.Results After the training,the scores and total scores of the core competence,job competence,theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the two groups were higher than those before the training(p<0.05),and the research group was higher than the control group(p<0.05).The rates of nursing complaints,nursing errors,and medical disputes in the research group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05),and research group's satisfaction with the nursing training model was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Learning team training based on the WeChat platform is conducive to the mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of newly recruited obstetric nurses,and can effectively improve their service capabilities,job competence,nursing quality and training satisfaction.
