摘要
目的:分析活血补阴、祛风湿类中药配伍治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年7月于本院进行治疗的56例类风湿关节炎患者,按照床号奇偶数法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予活血补阴、祛风湿类中药配伍治疗。比较两组治疗前后的关节症状改善情况,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组晨僵、关节肿胀、关节疼痛、关节功能评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组晨僵、关节肿胀、关节疼痛、关节功能分别为(1.01±0.31)、(0.90±0.12)、(0.89±0.23)、(1.04±0.24)分,均低于对照组的(1.41±0.26)、(1.32±0.23)、(1.34±0.35)、(1.94±0.41)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血补阴、祛风湿类中药配伍治疗类风湿关节炎的效果较好,可有效改善机体晨僵、关节肿胀、关节疼痛、关节功能,从而提高治疗效果,在临床中应当推广和应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of promoting blood circulation and tonifying Yin and expelling wind and dampness compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Method:A total of 56 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd even number method of bed number,28 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given promoting blood circulation and tonifying Yin and expelling wind and dampness compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine.The improvement of joint symptoms before and after treatment was compared between two groups,and the treatment effect was compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in morning stiffness,joint swelling,joint pain and joint function scores between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,morning stiffness,joint swelling,joint pain and joint function scores in the observation group were (1.01±0.31),(0.90±0.12),(0.89±0.23),(1.04±0.24) points,respectively,which were lower than (1.41±0.26),(1.32±0.23),(1.34±0.35),(1.94±0.41) points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than 71.43% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The promoting blood circulation and tonifying Yin and expelling wind and dampness compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis,which can effectively improve morning stiffness,joint swelling,joint pain and joint function,thus improving the therapeutic effect,and should be popularized and applied in clinic.
