摘要
目的探讨三阴寒湿方联合中药穴位贴敷在类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者中的应用价值.方法选择2022年1—7月该院收治的120例RA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各60例.对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用三阴寒湿方联合中药穴位贴敷治疗,两组均以7 d为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后休息7 d再行第2个疗程,共治疗2个疗程.对比两组中医症候评分、晨僵时间、临床疗效、不良反应.结果治疗前,两组关节肿痛、关节发热、屈伸不利评分及晨僵时间相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个疗程后,观察组关节肿痛评分(1.47±0.44)分、关节发热评分(1.42±0.37)分、屈伸不利评分(1.32±0.35)分均低于对照组,晨僵时间(41.48±4.73)min短于对照组,治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论三阴寒湿方联合中药穴位贴敷应用于RA患者中疗效确切,能够有效改善RA患者关节肿痛、发热等症状,缩短晨僵时间,且安全可靠,临床应用价值高.
Objective To explore the application value of Sanyin Hanshi Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 120 RA patients admitted to the hospital from January to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western conventional medicine,while the observation group was treated with Sanyin Hanshi Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,they took a rest for 7 days and then took a second course of treatment,and a total of 2 courses of treatment were performed.The TCM syndrome score,morning stiffness time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of joint swelling and pain,joint fever,adverse flexion and extension scores and morning stiffness time(P>0.05);after 2 courses of treatment,the joint swelling and pain score(1.47±0.44)points,joint fever score(1.42±0.37)points,and adverse flexion and extension score(1.32±0.35)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the morning stiffness time(41.48±4.73)min was shorter than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment 96.67%was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanyin Hanshi Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in RA patients is effective,which can effectively improve joint swelling,pain,fever and other symptoms of patients,shorten the morning stiffness time,and is safe and reliable,with high clinical application value.
