摘要
目的:分析人文关怀护理干预对前置胎盘剖宫产术后产妇出血量及并发症的影响。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年6月行剖宫产术分娩的前置胎盘产妇96例,利用掷硬币法分为两组,各48例。对照组予以常规围手术期护理;观察组在常规围手术期护理基础上予以人文关怀护理。比较两组患者产后出血量及并发症发生率。结果:观察组产后出血量、血小板减少及贫血发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用人文关怀护理干预前置胎盘剖宫产术后产妇,能减少出血量及并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of humanistic care nursing intervention on maternal bleeding and complications after cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods:From July 2020 to June 2021,96 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section were selected.Using the coin toss method,they were divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing.The observation group received humanistic care on the basis of routine perioperative nursing.We compared the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the incidence of thrombocytopenia and anemia were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic care nursing intervention in pregnant women after cesarean section of placenta previa can reduce the amount of bleeding and the incidence of complications.
