碳达峰碳中和背景下河北省工业行业碳排放和经济产出分析研究 被引量:1

Analysis/Research on the Carbon Emission and Economic Output of Industrial Sectors in Hebei Province under the Background of Peak Carbon Dioxide Emissions and Carbon Neutrality

摘要 “十三五”期间,河北省能源消耗仍以化石能源为主,工业能源消费占比最高。利用主要化石能源消耗量,采用碳排放系数法,对各工业行业碳排放量进行测算,利用规模以上营业收入衡量其经济产出水平。经分析得出:高经济产出的电力、热力生产和供应,黑色金属冶炼和压延加工,石油、煤炭及其他燃料加工,非金属矿物制品,化学原料和化学制品制造等行业碳排放贡献率较高,装备制造、汽车制造等行业碳排放贡献率较低。针对以上结论,提出了重点工业行业发展对策建议。 During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,fossil energy is still the main energy consumption in Hebei Province,and industrial energy consumption accounts for the highest proportion.This paper utilizes the consump⁃tion of major fossil energy,adopts the carbon emission coefficient to measure and calculate the carbon emissions of a variety of industrial sectors,and uses the operating income of enterprises above designated size to measure its lev⁃el of economic output.The analysis concludes that electricity and thermal power production and supply with high economic output,ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing,processing of oil,coal and other fuels,non-metallic mineral products,chemical raw materials and chemical product manufacturing,and so on have a higher contribution rate of carbon emissions,while equipment manufacturing,automobile manufacturing and so on have a lower contri⁃bution rate of carbon emissions.This paper puts forward some countermeasure suggestions for the development of key industrial sectors in response to the above conclusion.
