水泥稳定再生混合集料强度的影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对再生集料孔隙率大、吸水率高以及压碎值大等缺点,为了改善再生集料的物理性能并最大限度地利用,采用水泥作为稳定结合料,分别使用4种水泥剂量(4%、5%、6%和7%)稳定不同比例的再生混合集料(0、25%、50%、75%和100%),通过试验分析无机结合料的剂量、再生集料的掺配比例以及养生时间等因素对水泥稳定再生集料强度性能的影响。室内试验结果表明,混合料的强度指标随着水泥剂量的提高而逐渐增大;当再生集料的掺配比例不超过50%时,混合料的无侧限抗压强度可以接近甚至超过水泥稳定级配碎石的强度;此外,在7~28 d的周期内,随着养生龄期的延长,混合料的强度也逐渐增大。 In view of the disadvantages of large porosity,high water absorption and large crushing value of recycled aggregate,in order to improve the physical properties of recycled aggregate and maximize its utilization,cement is used as a stable binder and four cement doses(4%,5%,6%and 7%)are used to stabilize different proportions of recycled mixed aggregate(0,25%,50%,75%and 100%).By means of experiments,the effects of the dosage of inorganic binder,the mixing proportion of recycled aggregate and curing time on the strength properties of cement stabilized recycled aggregate are analyzed.The empirical results show that the strength index of the mixture increases gradually with the increase of cement dosage when the proportion of recycled aggregate is less than 50%,the unconfined compressive strength of the mixture can approach or even exceed the strength of cement stabilized graded crushed stone.In addition,in the period of 7~28 d,the strength of the mixture increases gradually with the extension of curing age.The empirical results show that the strength index of the mixture increases gradually with the increase of cement dosage when the proportion of recycled aggregate is less than 50%,the unconfined compressive strength of the mixture can approach or even exceed the strength of cement stabilized graded crushed stone.In addition,in the period of 7~28 d,the strength of the mixture increases gradually with the extension of curing age.
