摘要
水泥稳定碎石作为半刚性基层被广泛应用道路基层建设中,但基层反射裂缝仍然是困扰路面病害的问题之一。研究通过掺入不同掺量(0%~30%)的铣刨料进行抗裂性水泥稳定碎石基层材料的研究,结合无侧限抗压强度、抗压回弹模量、抗弯拉强度、劈裂强度等试验指标对其路用性能进行综合评判,研究认为铣刨料掺量在15%时可以全面提升水泥稳定碎石材料的抗压强度和抗开裂性能,工程试验段铺筑、检测表明该材料应用的有效性,这对于缓解基础反射裂缝和延长道路使用寿命具有重要借鉴意义。
Cement stabilized macadam is widely used as a semi-rigid base layer in the construction of road bases,but the reflection cracks in the base layer are still one of the problems plaguing road surface diseases.Study on the crack-resistant cement stabilized macadam base material by blending different proportions(0%~30%)of milling materials,combined with unconfined compressive strength,compressive modulus of resilience,bending strength and splitting strength the test parameters are comprehensively evaluated.The research indicated that the compressive strength and crack resistance of cement stabilized macadam materials can be improved comprehensively when the amount of milling material was 15%,and the engineering test section was paved.The test indicates the effectiveness of the application of the material,which has important reference significance for relieving the basic reflection crack and extending the service life of the road.
