摘要
针对开关柜绝缘状态感知能力不足、人机交互能力弱的问题,设计了面向开关柜状态监测的多感知集成智能传感终端。文中介绍了不同智能传感终端感知、数据传输和可视化展示原理,实现智能传感终端不同放电原理的多感知能力。为了实现模块的通用,采用了模块化的设计方式,包括传感器模块、无线通信模块、调理采集模块和控制与电源模块,在功能模块化拼装的基础上,实现了硬件模块的即插即用,提出了开关柜绝缘状态评估策略,实现放电程度和发展趋势的精确判断。基于该智能传感终端进行了开关柜状态可视化展示设计,更能直观显示开关柜运行状态。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient perception of switchgear insulation status and weak human-computer interaction capabilities, a multi-sensing integrated smart sensor terminal for switchgear status monitoring is designed. the principles of perception, data transmission and visual display of different smart sensor terminals are introduced to realize the multi-sensing capabilities of different discharge principles of smart sensor terminals. In order to realize the universality of the modules, a modular design is adopted, including sensor modules, wireless communication modules, conditioning and acquisition modules, and control and power modules. On the basis of modular assembly of functions, plug-and-play of hardware modules is realized. In addition, an evaluation strategy for the insulation state of the switchgear is proposed to realize the accurate judgment of the degree of discharge and the development trend. based on the smart sensor terminal, a visual display design of the switch cabinet status is carried out, which more intuitively displays the operating status of the switch cabinet.
