摘要
地壳运动、地沉降等因素会引起杆塔地基发生变化,严重影响输电线路运行的安全性。文章以地基沉降下某500 kV危塔为研究对象,建立精细塔—线系统有限元模型,通过仿真模拟实际地基沉降工况下杆塔应力分布情况,确定沉降杆塔上的薄弱构件并安装应变监测系统。结合多种工况下有限元仿真结果,验证了仿真结果的可靠性,获得杆塔临界失效情况下对应的测点应变变化裕度,根据系统实时监测结果对杆塔失效进行预警。结合工程实际应用,对判断地基沉降工况下杆塔的稳定性具有一定的指导作用。
Factors such as crustal movement and land subsidence will cause changes in the tower foundation,which seriously affect the safety of transmission line operation.Taking a 500 kV dangerous tower as an example,this paper establishes a precise tower-line system which is based on finite element model.By simulating the stress distribution of the tower in actual foundation settlement,it can determine the weak components of the settlement tower,and install the strain monitoring system.Combined with the finite element simulation results in various conditions,the reliability of simulation results is verified,and the range of strain variation of the corresponding measuring point is obtained in case of critical failure of tower.And the failure of the tower can be predicted in real time according to the monitoring results of system.Combined with the actual engineering application,it has a certain guiding role in judging the stability of the tower under the land subsidence conditions.
