摘要
为了提高消防救援队伍的作用和价值,分析当前消防救援队伍处置灾害事故存在的薄弱点,研究近年来在重特大灾害事故中消防救援队伍处置措施及调派原则,探讨各地区消防员综合素质能力、装备水平、队伍组成、地方救援力量等影响跨区域增援方面因素,制定消防救援队伍跨区域行动要求,提出增强跨区域增援行动措施,与其他应急救援力量建立联调联战机制,共同遂行跨区域救援行动,切实增强跨区域救援行动,提高整体救援效能,确保迅速投入救援工作。
In order to improve the role and value of the fire rescue team,analyze the weaknesses of the current fire rescue team in handling disaster accidents, study the treatment measures and deployment principles of fire and rescue teams in dealing with major disasters in recent years, explore the comprehensive quality and ability of firefighters in various regions, equipment level, team composition, local rescue forces and other factors that affect cross-regional reinforcements, and formulate cross-regional reinforcements for fire rescue teams. Regional operation requirements, proposed measures to enhance cross-regional reinforcement actions, establish a joint debugging and joint warfare mechanism with other emergency rescue forces to jointly carry out cross-regional rescue operations, effectively enhance cross-regional rescue operations, improve overall rescue efficiency, and ensure rapid rescue operations.
