摘要
为有效降低石化火灾造成的损失,提高石化火灾灭火救援效率,本文在深入剖析石化火灾特点的基础上,针对企业本身提出了夯实应急救援准备、把握灭火原则、强化自身灭火能力建设等建议。针对现场救援存在的问题提出了力量调集充足、安全防护到位、装备配置精良和战勤保障充足等关键对策,为高效、安全地扑灭石化火灾提供指导。
In order to effectively reduce the loss caused by petrochemical fires and improve the efficiency of firefighting and rescue,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the fire features,some advices are proposed to enterprises from the aspects of reinforcing the preparation of emergency rescue,mastering firefighting principals and intensifying firefighting capability.According to the problems existing in firefighting and rescue site,countermeasures are put forward such organizing adequate forces,making complete safety protection,configurating excellent equipment and preparing full logistics support to provide reference for effectively and safely putting out petrochemical fires.
