摘要
空间控制能力不足一直是矿产资源规划实施的难点。本文分析了前三轮矿产资源规划空间落位衔接要求的演变趋势,总结了新一轮矿产资源规划编制实施面临的新形势,归纳总结了矿产资源规划与国土空间规划衔接的总体要求、技术接口和政策接口,在此基础上,提出了对新一轮矿产资源规划与国土空间规划衔接的思考和建议。
Insufficient spatial control ability has always been a difficulty in the implementation of mineral resources planning.This paper analyzes the evolutionary trend of the spatial convergence requirements of the first three rounds of mineral resource planning,and summarizes the general requirements,technical interfaces and policy interfaces of the convergence of mineral resources planning and land spatial planning.On this basis,the paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the connection between the new round of mineral resources planning and territorial spatial planning.
