摘要
目的:对1986年至2020年百色市新发与再发传染病的发病特点和流行趋势进行分析,为本市制定公共卫生政策和突发传染病应急处置措施提供科学依据。方法:收集1986年至2020年百色市新发与再发传染病的资料,建立数据库,并进行描述性分析。结果:1986年至2020年百色市共报告新发传染病7种,再发传染病2种,累计发病261818例,年平均发病率为210.93/10万。在7种新发传染病中,新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)、艾滋病、人感染H7N9禽流感、甲型H1N1流感、非典型肺炎、手足口病、登革热的发病率分别为0.08/10万、9.96/10万、0.11/10万、5.96/10万、0.03/10万、534.80/10万、0.02/10万;在再发传染病中,鼠疫、霍乱的发病率分别为0.78/10万、0.03/10。其中发病率居前3位的传染病分别为手足口病、艾滋病和甲型H1N1流感。结论:1986年至2020年百色市新发与再发传染病病种较多,包括手足口病、艾滋病、甲型H1N1流感等,传染病的防控形势严峻。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics and epidemic trend of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases in Baise city from 1986 to 2020,and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of public health policies and emergency measures of emergent infectious diseases in Baise city.Methods:The data of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases in Baise city from 1986 to 2020 were collected,a database was established,and descriptive analysis was conducted.Results:From 1986 to 2020,7 newly emerging infectious diseases and 2 re-emerging infectious diseases were reported in Baise city.261818 cases were reported in total,with an average annual incidence of 210.93/100000.Of the seven emerging infectious diseases,The incidence rates of COVID-19,AIDS,human infection with AVIAN influenza A(H7N9),influenza A(H1N1),SARS,hand,foot and mouth disease,and dengue fever were 0.08/100,000,9.96/100,000,0.11/100,000,5.96/100,000,0.03/100,000,534.80/100,000,and 0.02,respectively/100000;Among the recurrent infectious diseases,the incidence rates of plague and cholera were 0.78/100000 and 0.03/10,respectively.The top three infectious diseases are hand,foot and mouth disease,AIDS and influenza A(H1N1).Conclusion:From 1986 to 2020,there are more emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases in Baise city,including hand-foot-mouth disease,AIDS,influenza A(H1N1),etc.,and the prevention and control situation of infectious diseases is severe.
