摘要
目的:探究二陈汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)痰湿壅肺证对胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数的影响。方法:择取2018年1月-2020年6月接受治疗的慢阻肺痰湿壅肺证患者54例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,每组27例,常规西药治疗用于对照组,二陈汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗用于观察组,评估两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数变化。结果:观察组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、喘息中医证候积分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月观察组患者胸肺顺应性指标水平均显著高于对照组;气体交换参数水平显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢阻肺痰湿壅肺证患者,临床给予二陈汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗效果显著,可显著改善症状,改善胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数,具有显著的临床推广应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effects of the Erchen decoction(二陈汤)plus the Sanzi Yangqin decoction(三子养亲汤)on thoracopulmonary compliance and gas exchange parameters of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm-dampness obstructing lung syndrome patients.Methods:54 cases were selected and randomized into the control group(27 cases)and the observation group(27 cases).The control group took conventional Western medicine,and the observation group received the Erchen decoction plus the Sanzi Yangqin decoction.Results:The TCM syndrome scores of cough,expectoration and wheezing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In 1 month after treatment,both thoracopulmonary compliance levels and gas exchange parameters values in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Erchen decoction plus the Sanzi Yangqin decoction shows significant effects in clinic,which can significantly relieve symptoms,improve thoracopulmonary compliance and gas exchange parameters,and has significant clinical application value.
