摘要
二陈汤有明显的镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用 ,六味二陈汤作用明显优于四味二陈汤 ,作用强度为 :六味二陈汤高剂量 >六味二陈汤低剂量 >四味二陈汤高剂量 >四味二陈汤低剂量。二陈汤有明显促进胃肠蠕动的作用 ,六味二陈汤高剂量和四味二陈汤高剂量作用强度均与橘皮竹茹汤和厚朴温中汤相当 ,六味二陈汤低剂量作用明显优于四味二陈汤低剂量 ,作用强度为 :六味二陈汤高剂量 =四味二陈汤高剂量 >六味二陈汤低剂量 >四味二陈汤低剂量。提示乌梅、生姜对二陈汤燥湿化痰 (有形之痰 )的影响较大 ,对二陈汤理气和中作用也有影响 ,但可被半夏、陈皮、茯苓。
Two old drugs decoction(TODD) has obvious effects on arresting cough,resolving phlegm and relieving asthma.The effective strength is as follows:high dose of TODD of six herbs>lower dose of TODD of six herbs>high dose of TODD of four berbs>lower dose of TODD of four berbs.TODD can improve the movement of stomach and intestine obviously.The effective strength of high dose of TODD of six herbs or four herbs are similar as tangerine peel and bamboo shaving decoction and magnolia bark decoction for warming middle Jiao.The lower dose of TODD of six herbs is more effective than the lower dose of TODD of four herbs.The effective strength is as follows:high dose of TODD of six herbs=high dose of TODD of four berbs>lower dose of TODD of six herbs>lower dose of TODD of four herbs.It indicates that Rhizoma Zingiberies Recens and Fructus Mume can remarkably affect the effects of TODD on removing dampness to resolve phlegm and regulating Qi and middle warmer of TODD,but these can be covered up by increasing the dosages of pinellia tuber,tangerine peel,tuckahoe and licorice root.
