校企合作驱动下的数控教学改革实践 被引量:3

摘要 随着“中国制造2025”战略计划的提出,制造业转型升级步伐进一步加快,数控技术在机械制造领域的运用也越来越广泛,高素质数控人才成为了就业市场的“香饽饽”。中职学校要积极寻求企业合作,不断拓展校企合作渠道,利用企业先进数控设备开展实训教学,邀请企业师傅参与校内外教学,把最新的数控机床、铣床以及编程技术等融入专业课教学中,让学生熟练操作五轴联动加工和复合加工机床,提升学生岗位胜任能力。 With the"Made in China 2025"strategic plan proposed,the pace of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading further accelerated,CNC technology in the field of machinery manufacturing is more and more widely used,high-quality CNC talent has become the job market"xiangbobo".Secondary vocational schools should actively seek enterprise cooperation,and constantly expand the channels of cooperation between colleges and training teaching conducted by enterprise advanced numerical control equipment,and invited master enterprises to participate in face-to-face teaching,put the latest CNC machine,milling machine and programming technology into specialized courses teaching,let the students familiar with five-axis linkage machining and composite machine,improve students post competence.
