摘要
采用小鼠经口灌胃最大耐受量试验考察急性毒性,以日本大耳白兔自身同体对比法考察4种外用婴幼儿湿疹方剂对完整皮肤和破损皮肤的影响,以豚鼠皮肤过敏试验考察有无过敏性,进而评价方剂的安全性.4种外用方剂原液经小鼠24 h内灌胃2次、每次40 mL/kg无明显毒性;外用对日本大耳白兔皮肤无刺激性、对豚鼠皮肤无过敏性.可见4种外用方剂均具有较高的安全性,为临床安全用药提供依据.
Objective:To investigate the safety of four external prescriptions for infantile eczema and provide experimental basis for clinical safe medication.Methods:The acute toxicity was investigated by the maximum tolerance test of oral gavage in mice,the effect on intact skin and damaged skin was investigated by the self-body comparison method in rabbits,and the allergic reaction was investigated by the skin allergy test in guinea pigs.Results:The stock solutions of four external prescriptions were gavaged twice in mice within 24 hours,each time 40mL/kg had no obvious toxicity.External application has no irritation to rabbit skin and no allergy to guinea pig skin.Conclusion:Four external prescriptions have high safety.
