云母填料对UV固化涂层防腐性能的影响 被引量:8

Influence of Mica Filler on the Anticorrosive Performance of UV Curing Coatings

摘要 为研制高性能绿色环保光固化防腐涂料,以云母作为防腐填料,制备了一种光固化云母防腐涂层。通过凝胶含量测试、双键转化率测试、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、中性盐雾试验等方法分析云母填料的加入对光固化涂层的固化程度、固化速率以及防腐性能的影响,并探究了润湿分散剂种类对云母分散性的影响。结果表明:云母填料的加入对光固化过程影响很小,但未改性的云母易产生团聚,反而加快腐蚀的发生;润湿分散剂可以有效改善云母在涂层中的分散性,经改性后的云母能显著提高涂层的耐腐蚀性,添加30%改性云母的光固化涂层具有优异的耐腐蚀性,浸泡在3.5%NaCl溶液中30 d电化学阻抗值保持稳定,耐盐雾超过1000 h。 To fabricate green UV-cured anti-corrosion coatings with high performance,in this study,a two-dimensional inorganic filler mica was used as anti-corrosion filler to prepare UV-curable mica-based anti-corrosion coatings.The effects of mica filler on the curing degree,curing rate and anti-corrosion performance of UV-curable anti-corrosion were analyzed by tests of gel content and double bond conversion rate,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and neutral salt spray tests,and the effects of different kinds of wetting dispersants on mica dispersibility were also explored.The results showed that the incorporation of mica filler provided only slight effect on UV curing process,but unmodified mica was easy to form agglomerate,facilating the corrosion;the dispersion of mica in the coatings could be effectively improved by incorporation of wetting dispersant,which could further significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the prepared UV-cured coatings.The coatings with 30%modified mica presented excellent corrosion resistance,and the electrochemical impedance value remained stable after immersion in 3.5%NaCl solution for30 days,and the salt spray resistance exceeds 1000 h.
