氧化钙改性三聚磷酸铝在光固化防腐蚀涂料中的应用研究

摘要 本文将环氧树脂和丙烯酸酯树脂作为成膜树脂,依次采用紫外光固化和热固化工艺,将氧化钙改性的三聚磷酸铝作为防腐蚀颜料,在马口铁板表面制作了防腐蚀涂层。研究发现,改性三聚磷酸铝用量为15%时,涂层的物理性能有明显降低。Tafel极化法进一步证明,涂料的防腐蚀性能随着改性三聚磷酸铝用量的增加而提高。用超景深显微镜可观察到,改性后的颜料仍然维持三聚磷酸铝的片状形态。DSC热分析结果表明,采用先紫外光固化再热固化的工艺是合适的。 A series of anti-corrosion coatings were prepared with calcium oxide modified aluminum tripolyphosphate as the anticorrosion pigment,and the composites of epoxy resin and acrylic resin as the film-forming resin.The combination of UV curing and thermal curing was adopted to cure the coating into a film on a tin plate.The result showed that a 15%dosage of modified aluminum tripolyphosphate could significantly reduce the physical properties of the coating.Tafel polarization method proved that the corrosion resistance of the coating increased with the increase of modified aluminum tripolyphosphate dosage.Ultra depth of field microscopy showed that the modified pigment still maintained the sheet-like form of aluminum tripolyphosphate.DSC thermal analysis showed that the process of first UV curing and then thermal curing was appropriate.
