振兴传统村落的资本逻辑与文化逻辑及其治理导向被引量：22

摘要发展好传统村落是乡村振兴的一项重要任务。从调查来看,传统村落的振兴出现资本逻辑与文化逻辑两条主线。资本逻辑在带来经济利益时可能会僭越传统村落空间生产的最终目标,与文化逻辑相背离,造成传统村落物质空间的建设性破坏、精神空间的内生性衰弱和社会空间的消费性解构。这就需要文化逻辑来抑制资本逻辑的消极效应。因而传统村落的改造、发展及其现代化治理,需要将资本逻辑与文化逻辑融入传统村落的社会生活场景。这种融合是突破传统村落空间生产悖论与治理困境的关键,因为社会生活的传统劳动精神可以超越利润极化、回应村落美好生活,传统伦理精神能够制约功利主义、体现对村落本土性价值的尊重、促进传统村落活态文化的回归与发展。在此基础上,以乡土文化引领治理目标、合理划分治理主体职责、构建规范性治理原则有利于传统村落突破空间生产资本化困境、激发村落治理内在活力与效力、发挥中华优秀传统文化的作用,从而实现传统村落的振兴与善治。 The development of traditional villages has become an significant mission in rural revitalization.From the survey,there are two main development lines of capital logic and cultural logic in the renewal of traditional villages.When bringing economic benefits,capital logic may override the ultimate goal of traditional village space production and deviate from cultural logic,resulting in the constructive destruction of traditional village material space,the endogenous weakness of spiritual space and the consumptive deconstruction of social space.This requires cultural logic to restrain the negative effects of capital logic.Therefore,the transformation,development and modern governance of traditional villages need to integrate capital logic and cultural logic into the social life scene of traditional villages.This integration is the key to break through the paradox of spatial production and governance dilemma of traditional villages,because the traditional labor spirit of social life can surpass the profit polarization and respond to the beautiful life of villages.The traditional ethical spirit can restrict utilitarianism,reflect the respect for the local value of villages,and promote the return and development of the living culture of traditional villages.On these basis,using local culture to lead the governance objectives,reasonably dividing the responsibilities of governance subjects and constructing normative governance principles,will help traditional villages break through the dilemma of spatial production capitalization,stimulate the internal vitality and effectiveness of village governance,and give full play to the role of Chinese excellent traditional culture,so as to realize the development and good governance of traditional villages.
