摘要
目的探讨心理干预在医疗纠纷解决中的作用。方法选取2015年6月—2020年6月医院发生32例医疗纠纷事件中64例患者家属,按随机数字表法随机分为2组,各32例。对照组在医疗纠纷中行常规处理方法,观察组在医疗纠纷中行心理干预方法。对比两组医疗投诉及赔偿情况、干预前后心理情绪及医疗纠纷处理满意度。结果观察组患者的投诉率和赔偿率稍低于对照组(P>0.05),但观察组赔偿金额明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组HAMA及HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组医疗纠纷处理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在医疗纠纷解决中运用心理干预可减少赔偿金额,改善患者家属心理情绪,提高其医疗纠纷处理满意度,对于医疗纠纷解决意义重大。
Objective To explore the role of psychological intervention in the resolution of medical disputes.Methods The family members of 64 patients in 32 cases of medical disputes in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was used conventional treatment methods in medical disputes,and the observation group was used psychological intervention methods in medical disputes.Compared the two groups of medical complaints and compensation,psychological emotions before and after intervention,and satisfaction with handling medical disputes.Results The complaint rate and compensation rate of patients in the observation group were slightly lower than those in the control group(P>0.05),but the amount of compensation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s satisfaction with handling medical disputes was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of psychological intervention in medical dispute resolution can reduce the amount of compensation,improve the psychological mood of patients’family members,and increase their satisfaction with medical dispute resolution,which is of great significance to medical dispute re solution.
