摘要
客流控制是当前大城市轨道交通应对高峰拥挤的重要措施。既有研究较少考虑客流常态波动导致的方案可靠性降低问题,为此构建客流不确定条件下控制方案编制鲁棒优化模型,以期降低潜在运营安全风险。首先,分析进站流及站间OD流波动特征;其次,以确定型控制模型为基础,以乘客站外总延误时长最小化和客运周转量最大化为目标,基于相对鲁棒思想构建控制方案编制鲁棒优化模型;最后,以北京地铁5号线实证分析,结果表明:通过牺牲较小的目标损失能够有效降低客流淤积风险、提高方案的鲁棒性;在方案实施周期(1个月),鲁棒型方案相比确定型方案优势明显,约束突破数平均降幅51.3%,突破程度平均降幅78.0%,目标损失(总延误时长)仅增加25.8%。
Inflow control is an important measure for urban rail transit systems in large cities to cope with rush-hour congestion.However,the volatility of passenger flows is less considered,which causes a significant impact on the practicality of the control plan.A robust optimization model was proposed for designing the control plans,which aims to reduce the potential operation risks induced by passenger flow fluctuations.Firstly,the fluctuation characteristics of station inflows and OD flows were analyzed.Then,based on the deterministic control model,with the objective of minimizing travel delay of all passengers and maximizing passenger flow turnover,a robust optimization model based on relatively robust idea was established.Finally,an empirical analysis of Beijing Subway Line 5 was conducted.The results show that sacrificing less target losses can effectively reduce the risks of accumulation of passenger flow.The proposed method can improve the robustness of the control plan.Compared with the deterministic scheme,during the one-month period of the plan implementation,the robust scheme has obvious advantages with the average number of breakthroughs of model constraints being reduced by 51.3%,the degree of breakthroughs being reduced by 78.0%,and the total travel delay time only increasing by 25.8%.
