摘要
特殊结构或采用特殊数控系统的数控机床开发专用后置处理器具有重要的现实意义和工程应用价值。文章针对国外新出现的B轴倾斜45°的特殊双转台结构五轴联动加工中心系统地推导了其后置处理的相关算法,包括旋转角度的计算、坐标变换矩阵推导和新刀位点坐标的计算等;通过结合UG/Post Builder后置处理器开发工具和上述后置处理算法,开发了该机床的专用后置处理器,并通过试验进一步验证了该后置处理器的正确性和实用性。
It is meaningful and valuable in engineering practice to develop special postprocessor aimed at numerical control machine with special structure or special numerical control system. This paper introduces the postprocessing algorithm of a 5-axis machining center with special structure of double rotated table emerged in abroad recently,which includes an oblique rotary axis of Baxis,as well as the Baxis is fixed at angle of 45°.The postprocesshag algorithm includes the calculation of the rotate angle,the development of the coordinate transformation matrices and the calculation of the coordinates of the new cutter location. A special postprocessor for this machining center is developed by UG/Post Builder based on the postproccssing algorithm. The correctness and practicality of the special postprocessor are verified by the experiment results.
