新时代成人教育:历史使命、发展定位与改革路径——以宁波市为例 被引量:3

Adult Education in the New Era:Historical Mission,Development Position and Reform Path——Taking Ningbo as an example

摘要 随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,国家赋予成人教育新的时代期望与历史使命,成人教育走在十字路口,亟待进行重新定位与发展重构。本文提出了新时代成人教育的历史使命:服务乡村振兴、服务区域经济发展、服务全民终身学习。遵循使命,对成人教育进行了角色定位:区域经济发展的服务者、社区教育资源的集聚者、个体终身学习的引领者、优秀传统文化的传承者。为更好扮演应有角色,提出新形势下成人教育的改革路径:打造"活力四射"的成人学校教师队伍,构建区域"互联网+"终身学习服务体系,引入"第三方"的成校发展性评估,构建"内涵式发展"的联盟协同机制。 As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,adult education has been given new era expectations and historical missions,and adult education needs to be repositioned and restructured urgently.Taking Ningbo City as an example,the historical mission of adult education in the new era is to:serve the revitalization of the countryside,serve the regional economic development,and serve the whole people for lifelong learning.Following the mission,the role of adult education has been positioned:the service provider of regional economic development,the aggregator of community education resources,the leader of individual lifelong learning,and the inheritor of excellent traditional culture.So the reform path of adult education under the new situation is proposed for a better service:to create a"vibrant"adult school teacher team,build a regional"Internet+"lifelong learning service system,and introduce"third-party"schools developmental evaluation and construction of an alliance coordination mechanism of"connotation development".
